Here at Fogarty, we have strived and innovated our bedding to help you to get the comfiest night’s sleep possible for nearly 150 years. Over the course of that time, we have come to realise that sometimes it takes more than luxurious bedding to make sleep great.
There are a number of factors which can affect the quality of your sleep. While we can help to ensure that your bed isn’t the problem, it can be a bit daunting to try and establish a good sleep pattern on your own.
Based at the Sleep and Cognition Laboratory at the University of Lincoln, Dr. Simon Durrant and his team work tirelessly to discover just how sleep affects us. They have carried out extensive research into the role of sleep in people’s everyday lives.
Dr. Simon Durrant said: “We spend a third of our lives asleep, and mounting evidence suggests that the quality of this sleep is essential to allow us to reach our full potential during our waking hours. I aim to provide you with the help and advice you need to ensure that you can get a good night’s sleep every night, and have a fun and fulfilling life while you’re awake.”
